I didn't really have time to do a good sketch today because of the new puppy... and I was kind of brain dead today too, so here's this :D

Today AV requested a bunny. Drawn with the left hand. So I tried.

It's kind of more of a ... bunny-piglet. I'm not certian I want that particular type of animal just chilling out in my yard or anything.

Sorry it's so hard to see... It'd be way better if you could see it because this is a t-rex doing some household chores!

He's got one of those old school vacuum cleaners. Because he's a dinosaur. So of course he'd have an obsolete vacuum cleaner!

More awkward doodles from when I was in Chicago.

Nice.

Just some little doodlies today.

AV wanted a little raccoon. I wanted to do something a little more realistic, but that didn't happen obviously.

And I also drew a tea bag. Because I use them everyday. Fun fact.

First drawing for month EIGHT of the Sketch Resolution!!

But don't get too excited....

I work at a car parts store and we sell pinstripe paint. I think I might do my car. Maybe I could find it in the parking lot then... But only maybe.

Also AV's cat is always drinking out of my fish tank. What a jerk.

I just had to do a quick sketch because we were busy today. First I drew my sweet fedora... Then it went down hill from there because I started rhyming things with "hat" :/

At work today, Brian asked me to draw a bunny griffin! I did a little doodle at work, but I threw it away....

But it's okay, I did another one!

And before you say "wtf.... that's a terrible drawing", let me just say, I JUMPED out of bed to do these guys because I went to bed and I ALMOST DIDN'T HAVE A DRAWING FOR TODAY!!!!!

But I have these... So... yes...

I have a brand new box of crayons! I wanted to use them today so I drew something with a marker so I could color it!

So I drew this!

But then I didn't end up coloring it...

FAIL.

I also drew Skipp sleeping on his cat tree :D

Remember the sketch I did yesterday?

I refined it today :D

It's a compass rose with a big "N" in the middle for our last name! I'm still going to work on it a bit, and if it turns out well, I'm going to see if I can get some vinyl stickers made up to stick on the kayaks!

I also drew some fantastic ancient egyptian artifacts. They're 100% genuine*!

Cheers,

*probably.

June 8, 2012

Today was pretty slow at work, so I ended up drawing something!

You can see my sweet phone answering notes on the bottom >_<

I'm trying to make a logo to put on some kayaks. I don't just want to write our name on them in permanent marker, but that's what I'm going to have to do if I can't figure out what I want!

I made AV watch one of my all time favorite childhood movies! Little Nemo!

Since I was working on something else while watching, I had to do a quick sketch after. So this is Icarus, Nemo's pet flying squirrel!
