Hello 2014!

I am probably the best blogger ever.
In my head.
Where I write posts.

Of course, other people can't see those magical inner brain blog posts so outwardly I am a horrible blogger. So that's nice.

So while I try to create a happy medium between the millions of posts in my head and the none on the internet, check out my Facebook page and look at all the pretty things I have made!

This year is going to be the year for art. And possibly blogging.

But definitely art!

Cheers!

I didn't really have time to do a good sketch today because of the new puppy... and I was kind of brain dead today too, so here's this :D

Today is my birthday!

And we got a puppy :D

I'm still not sure whether or not that was the best thing to do right now, but I guess you can't really plan everything all the time....

Anyhoo.... I drew the cat sleeping on the floor when the puppy was taking a nap.

Today I drew more Mavis!

(I haven't scanned it in yet)

And then I did a happy bat!

So since I drew Mavis yesterday, AV thought I should do her bat version.

I felt like she would probably be a very angry teenager. So this was her as an angry bat!

AV didn't like it ;) He thought she should be happier!

Today I have two sketches... But the first one is kind of like an awkward practice for the really awesome second one...

First I drew a chipmonk (requested by AV) but then I made it into a lovely lovely lady chipmonk!

THEN! I drew what I think Mavis from Hotel Transylvannia should have looked like :D

I thought she should have been a little more "punk rock" and a little less "Emily the Strange". Also I hate Emily the Strange so there was that as a negative point as well :/

BTW those are bats in the background!

Cheers!

Today I drew another kitty! This was just a quickie one so it's a little hard to see.
